ALARELIN
290.00 AED — In stock

Alarelin is a synthetic gonadotropin‑releasing hormone (GnRH) analog that targets the hypothalamic‑pituitary‑gonadal (HPG) axis to stimulate secretion of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle‑stimulating hormone (FSH) from the pituitary gland. These hormones are essential for reproductive hormone regulation, fertility signaling, and endocrine balance. Alarelin’s activity makes it a valuable peptide in research on reproductive health, fertility protocols, and hormone axis modulation. ⚗️ Product Features 🧪 Synthetic GnRH receptor agonist peptide 🔬 Stimulates pituitary release of LH & FSH ⚖️ Supports research on reproductive hormone regulation 🤝 Relevant to fertility, hormonal balance, and pituitary modulation studies ✅ ≥98 % purity verified by HPLC 📄 Batch‑specific Certificates of Analysis (COAs) included 💧 Sterile, lyophilized peptide for research applications ⭐ Key Benefits 📈 Promotes LH & FSH secretion via GnRH receptor signaling 👩🔬 Supports fertility and reproductive health research protocols ⚙️ Facilitates studies on HPG axis regulation and hormone balance 🔬 Human‑Relevant Research Applications 📊 Reproductive Hormone Stimulation Alarelin acts as a potent GnRH agonist that binds to receptors in the anterior pituitary, triggering release of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle‑stimulating hormone (FSH) — key hormones in reproductive endocrinology that regulate gonadal function, gamete development, and steroid hormone production. 🔗 https://chemicea.com/product/alarelin-acetate/ — Alarelin stimulates the release of FSH and LH from the pituitary gland, supporting ovulation induction and reproductive hormone research. 🧾 Mechanism Summary 🧠 GnRH receptor agonist: targets pituitary gonadotroph cells 📈 Stimulates LH & FSH secretion to influence reproductive hormone pathways 🔄 Supports research into endocrine regulation, fertility signaling, and reproductive health 🔄 Reconstitution & Handling Guidance 1️⃣ Reconstitute with sterile bacteriostatic water2️⃣ Add appropriate volume per research protocol3️⃣ Gently swirl — do not shake4️⃣ Store reconstituted peptide at 4–10 °C5️⃣ Refrigerate unopened vials until use ❓ Frequently Asked Research Questions How does Alarelin influence reproductive hormones?Alarelin binds to GnRH receptors on the pituitary, triggering the release of LH and FSH — primary endocrine signals that regulate reproductive processes and gonadal hormone production. In what research contexts is Alarelin used? It’s used to study fertility signaling pathways, pituitary hormone regulation, ovulation induction models, and broader reproductive endocrinology mechanisms.
What is ALARELIN?
Alarelin is a synthetic analogue of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH). It is a nine amino acid peptide. Glycine at position six is replaced with D-alanine, and the last glycine is replaced with an ethylamide group. These changes make it more stable than natural GnRH.
Like other GnRH agonists, alarelin binds the GnRH receptor in the pituitary. This first triggers LH and FSH release. Continued exposure can desensitise the pituitary and lower these hormones. Laboratory studies report that it binds the receptor with high affinity.
Also known as: Alarelin acetate, [D-Ala6, des-Gly10]-GnRH ethylamide
What the research covers
Alarelin has mostly been studied in laboratory and animal research. A receptor binding study compared it with eleven other GnRH agonists. Animal studies have looked at its effects on reproductive hormones, and it has been used in animal breeding research. Published human data in English-language journals are limited. Because most of the evidence comes from cell and animal studies, its effects and safety in people are not well established. Alarelin is not approved as a medicine by the US FDA.

Frequently asked questions
What does the research on alarelin show?
Most studies are in cells and animals, looking at how it binds the GnRH receptor and affects reproductive hormones. Human data are limited.
How is alarelin different from triptorelin?
Both are GnRH agonists with a D-amino acid at position six. Alarelin uses D-alanine and an ethylamide end, while triptorelin uses D-tryptophan. Triptorelin has a much larger body of clinical research.
Are there side effects with Alarelin?
Side effects can occur. Your GP will review your health, medication and, where relevant, blood results before prescribing, and you should report anything unexpected.
Which formats are available and how should I store them?
Alarelin is available as a vial (injectable). Keep unopened lyophilised vials cool and dry, away from light. After reconstitution, refrigerate at 2-8C, protect from light and do not freeze. Follow the storage instructions on your pharmacy label.
How much Alarelin should I take?
Your dose is set by our licensed GP following a consultation, and printed on your pharmacy label.
