EPITALON

Longevity, Telomere Support & Anti-Aging Peptide Epitalon 10mg is a synthetic peptide originally developed from the natural pineal gland extract Epithalamin. It is widely recognized in longevity and regenerative medicine for its ability to stimulate telomerase activity, promote healthy cell division, and protect DNA from age-related shortening of telomeres. By regulating melatonin production and antioxidant activity, Epitalon also supports improved sleep, immune function, and hormonal balance, making it a cornerstone peptide in anti-aging protocols. Key Benefits Promotes Longevity – Activates telomerase to protect and lengthen telomeres. Anti-Aging Effects – Reduces oxidative stress and supports cellular repair. Improves Sleep & Circadian Rhythm – Regulates melatonin production for deeper rest. Supports Immune Function – Enhances resilience against age-related immune decline. Neuroprotective Properties – May improve cognitive clarity and reduce neurodegeneration risk. Balances Hormonal Function – Helps regulate age-affected endocrine activity. Who Can Benefit Adults seeking anti-aging and longevity therapies Individuals with poor sleep quality or circadian disruption Patients in regenerative medicine and wellness programs Adults aiming to protect DNA integrity and slow cellular aging Usage & Dosage Administration: Injectable (subcutaneous or intramuscular) – under licensed medical supervision Typical Anti-Aging Protocol: 5–10 mg daily for 10–20 days per cycle Maintenance: Cycled every 3–6 months, depending on longevity goals and physician guidance Best Timing Evening Use: Supports melatonin regulation and restorative sleep Daily Protocols: Often given at the same time each day for consistency Cycle Duration Initial Protocol: 10–20 days continuous use Maintenance: Repeated every 3–6 months for long-term anti-aging benefits ⚠️DISCLAIMER Syncom products are intended for professional use only and must be administered under the strict supervision of a licensed healthcare professional. What is EPITALON?

Epitalon is a synthetic tetrapeptide made of four amino acids: alanine, glutamic acid, aspartic acid and glycine. It was developed in Russia by Vladimir Khavinson's group, based on epithalamin, an extract from the bovine pineal gland.

Epitalon is described as a peptide bioregulator. Laboratory research suggests it may interact with DNA and influence gene expression. It has been studied for effects on telomerase, the enzyme that maintains telomeres at the ends of chromosomes, and on melatonin production by the pineal gland.

Also known as: Epithalon, Epithalone, AEDG peptide, Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly

What are peptides?

What the research covers

Most research on Epitalon comes from cell and animal studies, largely from one research group in Russia. Cell studies have reported increased telomerase activity and telomere length in human cells. Animal studies have looked at melatonin rhythms, antioxidant activity and lifespan. Human data are limited. Small studies in older adults have used the related pineal extract epithalamin, often combined with other peptides. Large, independent, controlled trials of Epitalon are lacking, so its effects in people remain uncertain. Epitalon is not approved as a medicine by the US FDA.

Frequently asked questions

How is Epitalon different from Pinealon?

Both are short synthetic peptides from the same Russian research group. Epitalon is a four-amino-acid peptide (AEDG) linked to the pineal gland and telomerase research. Pinealon is a three-amino-acid peptide (EDR) studied mainly for brain and nerve cell effects.

What does the research on Epitalon show?

Cell studies have reported effects on telomerase and telomere length, and animal studies have looked at melatonin and lifespan. Human evidence is limited and comes mainly from small studies by one group.

Which formats are available and how do I store them?

We supply Epitalon as a pen, cartridge, vial or nasal spray. Pens, cartridges and reconstituted vials are kept refrigerated. Nasal sprays are refrigerated after opening unless the label says otherwise. Follow the storage instructions on your pharmacy label.

Are there side effects?

Side effects can occur. Your GP will review your health, medication and, where relevant, blood results before prescribing, and you should report anything unexpected.

How much Epitalon will I take?

Your dose is set by our licensed GP following a consultation, and printed on your pharmacy label.
