What is CJC NO DAC + IPAMORELIN Pen?
This blend combines two peptides that act on growth hormone release in different ways. CJC-1295 is an analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), which acts on GHRH receptors in the pituitary gland. Ipamorelin is a five amino acid growth hormone secretagogue that acts on the ghrelin receptor.
The two pathways are thought to work together. GHRH signals set the size of each growth hormone pulse, while ghrelin-receptor signals help trigger it. Combining the two in one product is designed to support the body's own pulsed release of growth hormone.

What the research covers
Each component has been studied on its own. CJC-1295 has been studied in small human trials, which measured raised growth hormone and IGF-1 levels. Ipamorelin was characterised in laboratory and animal studies as a selective growth hormone secretagogue. Older physiology research suggests that GHRH analogues and ghrelin-receptor agonists can have a combined effect on growth hormone release. We are not aware of published clinical trials of this specific combination. Its long-term effects and safety have not been studied. Neither peptide is approved as a medicine by the US FDA.
