Dihexa Pen

Dihexa is an innovative neurotrophic peptide developed to support brain regeneration, memory enhancement, and long-term cognitive health. By promoting synaptogenesis — the formation of new neural connections — Dihexa helps optimize learning ability, focus, and recall. Originally researched for its potential role in addressing cognitive decline, Dihexa is now widely used in advanced wellness and performance protocols to enhance brain resilience, mental recovery, and neurological vitality. Key Features 🧠 Potent neurotrophic peptide supporting synapse formation⚡ Promotes cognitive performance and neural connectivity🔬 Studied for neuro-regenerative and neuroprotective properties🧩 Supports learning, memory consolidation, and recall📄 Advanced formulation designed for cognitive optimization Key Benefits 🧠 Enhances Memory & Learning – Stimulates synaptogenesis to support improved recall and learning speed🎯 Boosts Focus & Mental Clarity – Enhances attention, concentration, and productivity🔁 Neuro-regenerative Support – Encourages neural repair and long-term brain resilience🛡️ Neuroprotective Effects – May help protect against age-related cognitive decline😮💨 Supports Recovery from Mental Fatigue – Restores clarity after stress, burnout, or overwork Who Can Benefit • Students and professionals seeking sharper focus and memory• Individuals focused on brain health, longevity, and cognitive resilience• Those experiencing mental fatigue, brain fog, or cognitive slowdown• Athletes and performers seeking a mental edge alongside physical performance

What is Dihexa Pen?

Dihexa is a small synthetic molecule developed at Washington State University. It is derived from angiotensin IV, a fragment of the hormone angiotensin. Its structure was modified to make it more stable and able to cross the blood-brain barrier.

Researchers think Dihexa may bind to hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and support signalling through its receptor, c-Met. In laboratory studies, this pathway has been linked to the formation of new connections between nerve cells. These mechanisms come from cell and animal work only.

Also known as: PNB-0408, N-hexanoic-Tyr-Ile-(6) aminohexanoic amide

What are peptides?

What the research covers

Dihexa has been studied only in preclinical settings. Cell studies have looked at the growth of dendritic spines and new synapses. Rat studies have examined learning and memory in models of cognitive impairment. No published controlled trials in humans were found, and long-term safety data are very limited. Because it acts on a growth-factor pathway, some researchers have raised questions that still need to be studied. Dihexa is not approved as a medicine by the US FDA or the European Medicines Agency.

Frequently asked questions

How should I store the Dihexa pen?

Keep the pen in the fridge, protect it from light and do not freeze it. Follow the storage instructions on your pharmacy label.

What does the research show?

Dihexa has been studied in cell and animal models for nerve-cell connections and memory. No controlled human trials have been published, so the evidence is preclinical only.

How is Dihexa different from Semax or Noopept?

Dihexa is derived from angiotensin IV and is thought to act on the HGF/c-Met pathway. Semax is based on an ACTH fragment, and Noopept is a modified Pro-Gly dipeptide.

Are there side effects?

Side effects can occur. Your GP will review your health, medication and, where relevant, blood results before prescribing, and you should report anything unexpected. Human safety data for Dihexa are very limited.
