The L-GLOW Pen combines three of the most studied regenerative peptides - BPC-157, TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4), and GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide) - into a single precision formulation designed for comprehensive tissue repair, skin health, and cellular recovery. BPC-157 is a naturally occurring gastric peptide studied extensively for its role in tissue regeneration, angiogenesis, and the repair of tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue. Research highlights its ability to accelerate recovery at the cellular level. TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) is a peptide naturally present in human tissue, studied for its role in cell migration, wound healing, and the repair of muscle and soft tissue following stress or injury. It supports actin regulation, which is fundamental to how cells move and repair. GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide) is a naturally occurring tripeptide-copper complex studied for its role in collagen synthesis, skin remodelling, antioxidant activity, and vascular support. It is one of the most researched compounds in skin health and regeneration science. Together, these three compounds provide a multi-pathway approach to recovery, targeting skin, connective tissue, and cellular repair simultaneously.
What is L-GLOW Pen?
GLOW is a peptide blend supplied in a pre-filled pen. The GLOW blend commonly combines three peptides: BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu. The exact composition of our pen is confirmed by the dispensing pharmacy.
BPC-157 is a synthetic peptide based on a fragment of a protein found in gastric juice. TB-500 is a synthetic peptide related to part of thymosin beta-4. GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide found naturally in the body. The blend brings together peptides that have each been studied for tissue repair and skin.
Also known as: L-GLOW Pen, GLOW peptide blend
What the research covers
There is no published research on the GLOW blend as a combined product. Its components have been studied separately. BPC-157 and TB-500 have been studied mainly in animal models of tissue and wound repair. GHK-Cu has been studied in cell and animal models and in small human cosmetic studies for skin. Findings on single peptides do not show how they act when combined, and no human trials of the blend have been published. BPC-157 and TB-500 are not approved as medicines by the US FDA.

Frequently asked questions
What is in the GLOW blend?
The GLOW blend commonly combines BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu. The exact composition and amounts are printed on your pharmacy label.
How is GLOW different from KLOW?
KLOW commonly contains the same three peptides as GLOW, with KPV added. KPV is a short peptide studied for its effects on inflammation.
How should I store the pen?
Keep the pen in the fridge, protect it from light and do not freeze it. Follow the storage instructions on your pharmacy label.
Are there side effects?
Side effects can occur. Your GP will review your health, medication and, where relevant, blood results before prescribing, and you should report anything unexpected.
