What is L-KLOW pen?

KLOW is a peptide blend supplied in a pre-filled pen. It is commonly described as the GLOW blend (BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu) with KPV added. The exact composition of our pen is confirmed by the dispensing pharmacy.

BPC-157 is based on a fragment of a gastric protein, and TB-500 is related to thymosin beta-4. GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide found naturally in the body. KPV is a tripeptide (Lys-Pro-Val) derived from the end of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone and has been studied for its effects on inflammation.

What the research covers

There is no published research on the KLOW blend as a combined product. Its components have been studied separately. BPC-157 and TB-500 have been studied mainly in animal models of tissue repair. GHK-Cu has been studied in cell, animal and small human cosmetic studies. KPV has been studied mainly in cell and animal models of inflammation, including models of gut inflammation. Findings on single peptides do not show how they act when combined. BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV are not approved as medicines by the US FDA.
