LIPOTROPIN 5 ( AOD ) SPRAY
320.00 AED — In stock

Lipotropin is a synthetic peptide fragment derived from adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) known for its role in stimulating lipolysis — the breakdown of stored fat into usable energy. At a 5 mg strength, Lipotropin is positioned for research into fat mobilization, metabolic efficiency, and energy balance, making it relevant to studies on body composition and metabolic activation. By promoting the mobilization of fatty acids and supporting their use as an energy source, Lipotropin is investigated in metabolic physiology and adipose regulation research. Key Features 🔥 Synthetic peptide targeting fat mobilization pathways⚙️ Designed for research into lipolytic & metabolic mechanisms📊 Supports investigation of energy utilization and adipose metabolism🧪 High‑purity peptide formulation📄 For research and investigational use only Key Benefits 🔥 Accelerates Fat Loss – Supports pathways involved in the breakdown of stored fat.⚡ Boosts Energy & Endurance – May help support metabolic use of fatty acids for energy.💪 Preserves Lean Muscle – Encourages fat utilization while supporting tissue integrity.⚙️ Enhances Metabolic Function – Supports efficiency in energy mobilization and utilization.📉 Supports Weight Management – Aids investigations into body composition and adipose regulation. Human‑Relevant Research Application 🔬 β‑Lipotropin stimulates lipolysis in human adipose tissueIn advanced in vitro studies using human adipose tissue, β‑lipotropin significantly stimulated lipolysis (measured by glycerol release), showing lipolytic activity in human fat tissue models compared with controls. These findings support its role in adipose tissue metabolism research under human‑relevant experimental conditions. Who Can Benefit Researchers studying adipose tissue metabolism and lipolytic pathways Investigators focused on energy balance and body composition biology Studies involving peptide‑mediated metabolic activation mechanisms
What is LIPOTROPIN 5 ( AOD ) SPRAY?
AOD-9604 is a synthetic peptide based on the C-terminal end of human growth hormone. It is a modified version of the hGH 177-191 region, with an added tyrosine at the start. It was developed in Australia in the late 1990s.
The fragment was designed to keep the part of growth hormone linked to fat metabolism while avoiding its effects on growth and blood sugar. Animal research suggests it may influence how fat cells break down and store fat. It does not appear to act through the main growth hormone receptor.
Also known as: AOD9604, Lipotropin, Tyr-hGH 177-191, Anti-Obesity Drug 9604
What the research covers
AOD-9604 has been studied mainly in animal models. Studies in obese mice and rats from around 2000 to 2001 reported changes in fat breakdown and fat oxidation, without the effects on insulin and growth seen with full growth hormone. Small human trials were later run to look at safety and weight, but larger trials did not show meaningful weight differences compared with placebo, and development as a weight-loss medicine was stopped. Early research suggests it is generally well tolerated, but evidence in humans remains limited. AOD-9604 is not approved as a medicine by the US FDA.

Frequently asked questions
How is AOD-9604 different from HGH Fragment 176-191?
Both are based on the same end region of growth hormone. AOD-9604 is a specific modified version with an added tyrosine, and it is the form that went through formal animal and human testing.
What does the research show?
Most research is in animals, where it has been studied for effects on fat metabolism. Human trials looked at safety and weight, but larger studies did not show a clear benefit over placebo.
Which format should I choose, and how is it stored?
It is available as a pen, vial or nasal spray. Your GP will discuss which suits you. Pens and reconstituted vials are kept in the fridge, and the nasal spray is refrigerated after opening. Follow the storage instructions on your pharmacy label.
Are there side effects?
Side effects can occur. Your GP will review your health, medication and, where relevant, blood results before prescribing, and you should report anything unexpected.
