PT141 SPRAY
260.00 AED — In stock

PT‑141, also known as Bremelanotide, is a synthetic peptide from the melanocortin family that works directly on the brain’s arousal and desire pathways. Unlike traditional sexual enhancers that act through blood‑flow mechanisms, PT‑141 stimulates central neural circuits involved in libido, desire, and intimate connection, making it effective for both men and women seeking enhanced sexual wellness. Key Features 🧠 Targets central nervous system arousal pathways🔥 Supports enhanced libido and desire⚖️ Works independently of vascular mechanisms💓 Designed for research on intimacy and sexual motivation📄 High‑purity peptide for research and wellness applications only Key Benefits 🔥 Increases Sexual Desire & Arousal – Enhances libido in both men and women.💪 Supports Sexual Performance – Helps improve confidence and intimacy.❤️ Enhances Intimacy & Connection – Reduces performance anxiety and promotes satisfaction.🧠 Acts on Brain Pathways – Works through central mechanisms for deeper arousal.🌟 Effective for Both Genders – Supports sexual wellness in men and women equally.🛡️ Non‑Habit Forming – Designed without dependency risks common to some pharmaceutical alternatives. Who Can Benefit Men experiencing erectile challenges linked to low desire Women with reduced libido or intimacy concerns Couples looking to enhance connection and sexual satisfaction Adults pursuing sexual wellness as part of overall vitality and quality‑of‑life goals Human‑Relevant Research Application 🔬 Bremelanotide enhances sexual desire and subjective arousal in humansA controlled, double‑blind study in premenopausal women with sexual arousal disorder showed that a single intranasal dose of bremelanotide significantly increased reports of moderate to high sexual desire compared with placebo, and participants reported greater satisfaction with arousal following treatment. This supports PT‑141’s mechanism of action on central neural pathways involved in desire and intimacy.🔗 https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/16839319/
What is PT141 SPRAY?
PT-141, also called bremelanotide, is a synthetic cyclic peptide. It was developed from Melanotan II, which was originally studied as a tanning agent. Researchers noticed effects on sexual arousal, and PT-141 was developed to focus on that.
PT-141 activates melanocortin receptors, mainly the MC4 receptor in the brain. This pathway is thought to be involved in sexual desire and arousal. Unlike medicines such as sildenafil, it is not designed to act mainly on blood flow. It is given by injection under the skin or by nasal spray.
Also known as: Bremelanotide, Vyleesi
What the research covers
PT-141 has been studied in large clinical trials. Two randomised phase 3 trials, known as RECONNECT, studied bremelanotide in premenopausal women with hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD). An open-label extension then looked at longer-term safety and outcomes. Commonly reported side effects in these studies included nausea, flushing and headache. Earlier studies also looked at PT-141 in men with erectile dysfunction, but it was not developed further for that use. Bremelanotide is approved by the US FDA as Vyleesi for acquired, generalised HSDD in premenopausal women.

Frequently asked questions
Is PT-141 the same as Vyleesi?
Vyleesi is the US brand name for bremelanotide, which is the same active peptide as PT-141. Our products are compounded by licensed pharmacies and are not the branded Vyleesi product.
How is PT-141 different from Melanotan II?
PT-141 was developed from Melanotan II. It differs by one chemical group at its end and was taken forward for sexual desire rather than tanning.
Which formats are available?
We offer PT-141 as a pen, a cartridge, a vial and a nasal spray. Your GP will discuss which format suits you.
Are there side effects?
Side effects can occur. Your GP will review your health, medication and, where relevant, blood results before prescribing, and you should report anything unexpected. In clinical trials, nausea, flushing and headache were commonly reported.
