GHK-CU + EPITALON

Syn Age-Reset combines two well-studied peptides โ€” GHK-Cu, a copper peptide with documented effects on collagen production and tissue repair pathways, and Epitalone (Epitalon), a tetrapeptide shown to influence telomerase activity and telomere length in cell models. Together, they support multiple mechanisms associated with cellular regeneration, structural protein maintenance, and longevity-related pathways. ๐Ÿงช Product Features ๐Ÿงฌ Dual-peptide longevity and regeneration formulation ๐Ÿงช Manufactured under cGMP standards โœ… โ‰ฅ98 % purity validated by HPLC testing ๐Ÿ“„ Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COAs) included ๐Ÿ’‰ Sterile, lyophilized peptide complex ๐Ÿ”ฌ Research-Aligned Benefits ๐Ÿงฑ Boosts Collagen & Structural Protein Pathways (GHK-Cu) GHK-Cu has been shown in research to stimulate collagen synthesis, increase elastin and glycosaminoglycan production, and regulate genes involved in tissue repair and remodeling โ€” contributors to skin integrity and extracellular matrix health.๐Ÿ”— https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29986520/ โ€” GHK-Cu induces collagen, elastin, and connective tissue production and supports repair mechanisms in tissue models.๐Ÿ”— https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28212278/ โ€” GHK-Cu modulates expression of genes associated with wound healing, matrix formation, and regenerative pathways. ๐ŸŒŸ Promotes Dermal Repair & Remodeling GHK-Cuโ€™s activity in fibroblast cultures shows stimulated collagen synthesis at physiologically relevant concentrations, indicative of enhanced dermal renewal and structural support.๐Ÿ”— https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/001457938880509X โ€” GHK-Cu stimulates collagen production by skin fibroblasts. ๐Ÿ” Resets Gene Expression Towards Regeneration GHK-Cu has been shown to influence gene expression broadly, including many genes tied to tissue repair, skin regeneration, and anti-aging pathways.๐Ÿ”— https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29986520/ โ€” GHK-Cu impacts gene networks associated with tissue regeneration and repair processes. โณ Supports Telomerase Activation & Telomere Maintenance (Epitalone) Epitalone has been shown to increase telomere length in human cell lines by upregulating components of the telomerase pathway โ€” a biomarker associated with cellular aging and regenerative potential.๐Ÿ”— https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40908429/ โ€” Epitalone increases telomere length and upregulates telomerase components in human cell models, supporting longevity-related pathways. ๐Ÿ”ฌ Anti-Aging & Longevity Pathways (Epitalone) Epitalone is referenced widely in anti-aging research for its potential to modulate age-associated biomarkers such as telomerase activity and telomere stability โ€” mechanisms linked to cellular longevity.๐Ÿ”— https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC12411320/ โ€” Demonstrates telomere extension and telomerase activation in human cell contexts. ๐Ÿง  Mechanism Summary Enhances collagen and extracellular matrix production through GHK-Cu pathways Modulates gene expression associated with tissue repair and regeneration Stimulates structural protein synthesis and connective-tissue support Promotes telomere length maintenance via telomerase pathway upregulation Supports research into longevity-related cellular mechanisms ๐Ÿ”„ Reconstitution & Handling Guidance 1๏ธโƒฃ Reconstitute with sterile bacteriostatic water2๏ธโƒฃ Add appropriate volume based on your research protocols3๏ธโƒฃ Gently swirl to dissolve โ€” do not shake4๏ธโƒฃ Store reconstituted peptide at 4 ยฐC โ€“ 10 ยฐC5๏ธโƒฃ Keep unopened vials refrigerated until expiration โ“ Frequently Asked Research Questions What biological pathways do these peptides support?GHK-Cu supports collagen synthesis, extracellular matrix remodeling, and tissue repair gene expression, while Epitalone is linked to telomere length regulation and telomerase activation in cell studies. What is GHK-CU + EPITALON?

This is a blend of two peptides supplied in a single vial. GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper complex of the tripeptide glycyl-histidyl-lysine. It is widely used in cosmetic skin products.

Epitalon, also spelt Epithalon, is a synthetic tetrapeptide (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) developed in Russia by Professor Vladimir Khavinson. It is based on a peptide extract of the pineal gland. Laboratory studies suggest it may influence telomerase activity and melatonin rhythms. The blend combines a skin-focused peptide with one studied in ageing research.

Also known as: GHK-Cu Epitalon blend, GHK-Cu Epithalon

What are peptides?

What the research covers

There is no published research on this blend as a combined product. GHK-Cu has been studied in cell and animal models and in small human cosmetic studies, mainly for collagen, wound healing and skin ageing. Epitalon has been studied mainly in cell cultures and animal models, including work on telomere length and lifespan in rodents. Some small human studies were carried out in Russia. Findings on single peptides do not show how they act when combined. Epitalon is not approved as a medicine by the US FDA.

Frequently asked questions

What is in this blend?

It combines GHK-Cu, a copper-binding tripeptide, and Epitalon, a four-amino-acid peptide. The exact amounts are printed on your pharmacy label.

How should I store the vial?

Keep the vial cool and dry, and refrigerate after reconstitution. Protect from light and do not freeze. Follow the storage instructions on your pharmacy label.

How is this different from GHK-Cu alone?

GHK-Cu alone has been studied mainly for skin. This blend adds Epitalon, which has been studied in ageing research, mainly in cells and animals.

Are there side effects?

Side effects can occur. Your GP will review your health, medication and, where relevant, blood results before prescribing, and you should report anything unexpected.
