THYMALIN
300.00 AED — In stock

Thymalin is a naturally occurring thymic peptide originally isolated from the thymus gland. It plays a central role in regulating immune system function, supporting T-cell development, and maintaining healthy immune responses. As we age, thymic activity declines, contributing to weaker immunity and accelerated aging. Supplementing with Thymalin vials may help restore immune balance, support longevity, and strengthen resilience. It is used in wellness, regenerative, and longevity research programs to study immunity, inflammation modulation, and age-related decline. What is THYMALIN?
Thymalin is a complex of short peptides originally extracted from the thymus gland of calves. It was developed in the Soviet Union in the 1970s by Vladimir Morozov and Vladimir Khavinson. Unlike single synthetic peptides, it is a mixture rather than one defined molecule.
The thymus is an organ that helps T cells, a type of immune cell, to mature. It shrinks with age. Thymalin is thought to act as an immune bioregulator, and laboratory work suggests some of its short peptide components may influence the development and activity of immune cells.
Also known as: Thymalinum, Timalin
What the research covers
Thymalin has been studied for several decades, mainly in Russia. Research includes cell and animal studies on immune cell development, and clinical studies in conditions linked to weakened immunity. One long-term study in older adults reported lower mortality in groups given Thymalin and the pineal extract epithalamin compared with controls. Most of these studies are small, older or from one research group, and many are published in Russian. Large modern independent trials are lacking. Thymalin is not approved as a medicine by the US FDA.

Frequently asked questions
How is Thymalin different from thymosin alpha-1?
Thymalin is a mixture of short peptides first extracted from the thymus. Thymosin alpha-1 is a single, defined 28-amino-acid peptide. Both have been studied for immune function, but they are different products.
What does the research on Thymalin show?
Thymalin has been studied for immune effects in cells, animals and small clinical studies, mostly in Russia. Large modern controlled trials are lacking, so the evidence is limited.
How should I store Thymalin?
Thymalin is supplied as a vial. Once reconstituted, keep it refrigerated at 2-8°C, protected from light, and do not freeze. Follow the storage instructions on your pharmacy label.
Are there side effects?
Side effects can occur. Your GP will review your health, medication and, where relevant, blood results before prescribing, and you should report anything unexpected.
